Can't begin to imagine what else happened in may. These rates were expected to go up when johnny lost his job and spent most of his time at home beating the living shit out of his so, but I guess we can't expect police to waste a good national tragedy, right?

What I read was that the increase in homicides was strongly linked to a decrease in gun arrests. Go figure. More guns = more death. Who knew?

So the cops acted like assholes 
The public giot sick of them being assholes and decided to allocate resources elsewhere
The cops act like whiny bitches because they don't get to act like assholes and expect public to pay for the privilege so they rage quit
