I don't follow them much, so I can't comment on whether they are biased or not, but I think I can pretty confidently say that the Harvard institution is not biased.
There are literally hundreds of articles debunking the myth that is wage gap, just google for "why wage gap is a myth" or "wage gap debunked" you're bound to get hundreds of articles. These articles will most likely be created on the grounds of analysis of well known economists, not feminists blogs.
