Actually if Evalion's videos were "hate speech" (and FYI I don't think they were because she said things like "don't you hate those lazy niggers" rather than "don't you hate niggers") then his are too and would be a violation of YT policy and he should get banned as well.

I'm pretty sure she was just a Poe anyway, but regardless I don't really think her videos qualify as hate speech - at least not in my understanding of the word. Distasteful, ignorant, and highly offensive to certain people - sure, but not "hate". But that said, if her videos were considered to be hate speech then I think AmosYee is just as guilty and should suffer the same fate - that would at least be consistent.
