I understand your point of view, but being "offensive" can't be the measure by which we start throwing people in prison. I agree the girl has issues, but she only has a public platform if people choose to watch it. Some people would disagree with you about whether the term is offensive, or *always* offensive. It's a very slippery slope. Just being an asshole shouldn't be enough to land you in jail. Incitement or encouragement of violent behaviour is entirely different.
