With this I agree. If the parents had let the kid run out in the street, who then is responsible?
Kids get away from you, they are little people and sometimes they just vanish. My middle son Sam would be regularly lost unless kept on a leash we lost him at Legoland and a holiday village, little bugger could disappear quicker than that.
