Have you read up on what that "education" entails? Course not. For you it's sufficient that he calls it university. Which, by the way, is illegal in itself.
Sure, what he did was illegal since every conceivable act known to man is illegal in America. But he got away with it because no one in authority had the balls to charge him with a crime. Has the government charged him with any specific crimes? Did he get charged for running an organized crime syndicate? Why not?
