He said "they send us..." so I think the only logical answer would be "their rapists".

Here's the actual quote:

'When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best.They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

'Their' makes no sense in the context of the full remark.  Trump clearly meant 'They are rapists'.

Yes, If you're using the last sentence to define the second last sentence.
But he could have been using the second last sentence to define the third last sentence by way of example, as in what sought/sort of crime they're bringing in.
