Curious to know

If secondhand accounts were enough to convince my brain into belief in something as fantastical as an almighty God, I would already. Not sure why the testimony of one more person should make a difference, atheist or not.
Clearly, this is the sort of thing I would actually have to witness myself in order to believe.
'Cause, yeah...It's just that big.  

What about if instead of being only one there would be 2-3 or more atheists that you know personally
that tell you that they were wrong all the way?
Would or would not make any difference?
