It is accepted that vaping is 95% safer than smoking, and could save billions of lives, but it loses lots of tax revenue for the EU indirectly.

Could you show me any actual evidence for that? Because the only research I've seen was a study done on twenty smokers which was so badly designed as to have no control group to work a baseline off of.

Now, vaping will probably end up being less damaging than smoking, but the research on it is so bad we cannot say for certain.

My argument is not to do with vaping, its the fact that the EU have introduced a complete advertising ban ..... This is presently being challenged by many Lord in three regret motions and originally a fatal motion ...

If you believe in "freedom of expression" (speech) the EU have now crossed that line
