Yeah, Brits sometimes riot. I remember some severe ugliness not that long ago. I can't remember what it was about, but it was very messed up.
I remember once waiting at a train station in London when I used to commute there. An announcement came over the PA that there the train was delayed because of a giant rat in the centre of London. I started to imagine some B movie scene of a large Godzilla type rat causing rampage. Realised later that the person actually said "riot".
