Could be a good thing to post the text here and get people's feedback on it before submitting the petition. How you phrase it would be critical.
First thing I'd do is think of the reasons why there should be a vote of no confidence in the current government. Namely that the current government has shown that they will put the future of the country in jeopardy in order to promote their own political careers. Due to the EU referendum the social, political and economic outlook of the country has changed dramatically as a result and that if people had known this in advance their vote would have been different etc.
