Here's a simple rule I live by.
If you're about to post a picture with possibly questionable content, ask yourself if you should. Then ask yourself if others might take offence or if it might break the rules,
If the answer is yes, don't do it.
It has stopped me posting pics that some might find questionable - not necessarily rule breakers. I have a dark sense of humour and soe things that I may find amusing, many others likely will not.
