Atheists have disagreements on everything, with the exception of the obvious. Nothing new there.

Yep, they sure do.  OK, change it to anything. Atheists wasn't the point, it's politicians.

No matter what descriptor you place there, it is still fighting over politicians

Um, arguing over politicians is basically how we select them. Why shouldn't we?
