It's not about photos. Imagine if you will, that you fall in love with a transperson you find attractive, and that later they decide to transition back. You need to be 100% comfortable with that, and strict heterosexuals such as myself am not.
Far less likely to happen than hooking up with a heterosexual person only to find that they are a transperson in denial.
And as for comments about meeting an attractive woman only for them to undress in front of you and to find out that they have a penis, that's more the stuff of heterosexual male nightmares / fantasies / myth. How many women have you been with that have been too ashamed to even be seen naked? Now think of how that same woman would feel if she was to get undressed to reveal a horrible disfigurement that has blighted her entire life.
