Who, in their right minds, would bring up such an issue?
Why would it be an issue on an online forum, but not... say... on the beach? Why is there an industry of bikinis, instead of just swim-panties?
Before attempting to "fix" it on the internet, better "fix" it out there, in real life. If real life society has deemed things to be as they are, then just leave them be the same online.
