Universe is made of matter, water, energy, air, space and.........guess what?
Water and air are also matter. More specifically humans are made up of the elements oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. There are also plenty of other trace elements like iron.
So let's take a human body. We'll scoop out its brain. Is it still made up of 'mind-consciousness' ?
What exactly is 'mind-consciousness'? Can we use it to power a light bulb or to roll up and make into dumplings? No.
Humans are not made up of 'mind-consciousness'. It is solely an emergent property of the interaction of trillions of physical neurons.
It's like saying that an anthill is made up of 'organisation'. It is a description, not an ingredient.
I'd pay more attention in science class if I were you.
Mat your analysis is a total disaster.

1) Different things may well have the same elements that other things have but in different proportion
and in different stages of evolution so you can not say that they are the same.
2) Matter is the last stage of devolution.
It can not devolve any further.
It can only start the evolution process into plants, animals, humans and back to where once came from.
3) water and air are not matter.
That is not how evolution works.
Every single element exist in a different stage of evolution.
Matter is matter air is air and water is water.
4) Mind-consciousness is NOT an emergent property of the interaction of trillions of physical neurons.
Physicality can not possibly give birth to something more evolved such as the consciousness.
Is not even the other way around.
Consciousness will get encased so to speak in the most suitable body able to facilitated her progress.
Like a piece of puzzle that can only fit in the correct jigsaw.
