Actually I figured you would say something nice. Like I said before, other than a minor friendly ribbing here and there, I love the Brits. Good people. As far as I am concerned we should be very close allies. I cant say much for the uber conservatives in my country. Seems the only ally they want is Israel, and to hell with Everyone else. To them, "God bless America" includes "God damn every other country except Israel".

Back then (empire days), the poverty level and tax levels were fucking awful. I probably would of ran over to the states myself. Of course things are quite different today, and I'm happy with the way the country is now. It's free, it's fair and I'm very happy here. We have our crummy leaders like you do, but all in all, I'm quite happy to call myself a Brit.

Still a few bugs in the system trying to justify their existence through "It's our tradition" arguments, but all in all a nice civilisation. Glad to see you all didnt break down into years and years of chaos and mobs like the French did on a few occasions.

Besides, you're not all good anyway, what happened to the indigenous people over there? Also, the second world war may of still been won even without the aid of the Americans, Nazi forces and supplies will eventually become too stretched to fight off so many nations. Either way, you had to get involved, Hitler wanted the world under nazi rule, including the US.

No, many of us Americans are EXTREMELY sorry about what our ancestors did, and many of the tribes are well taken care of now.
