Let's say the universe contains those elements and components found resident within humans, including mind consciousness, and for the purpose of this exercise, let's say that mind consciousness continues after death (an afterlife).
So here's my question if that's true...
Is the universe's mind consciousness "god" or is it the collective of all of the other mind consciousnesses contained within that space, and in either case, is it not possible for humans to be this "god" in fractal form, waiting to coalesce once more upon physical death?
According to yoga nothing is external.
Everything is within God mind.
Universe included.
Everything is therefore made up of consciousness.
A game (lila) take place.
Part of God consciousness get transformed into space, air, energy-light, water and matter.
This process imply that part of his consciousness get less and less sharp and powerful.
The matter which is the last stage of this process is therefore in a stage of non awareness.
Here from the matter the evolution start.
Matter evolve into vegetation into animal life into human and back into the ocean of God consciousness.
Everything is God but to understand that you are God you need to evolve your consciousness.
That is what yoga is all about.
