How much do you love the town you live in?

I'd forgotten about the roads.  Where else does anyone think it a good plan to have twenty foot high hedges pruned plush to the side of a roadway which is inadequately wide for modern vehicles to begin with?  Definitely a big negative.  There is a time and a place for quaint, and roadway safety isn't one of them.
