They go on to list the states in question, state their positions on climate change and then imply a causal link and claim 'justice'.

They do? I didnt see that. I did, however, see them link the outrageous run of tornadoes to global warming, and then point out the hypocrisy of the politicians in the states effected for cutting funding for up to date weather science in favor of defeating global warming in defense of big business' "freedom" to destroy the environment. Let me show you:
