Yes, it's still a white privilege to expect to avoid jail. I can expect the jury to see me more favorably (and I can expect them to be white, as well). Ignoring the brute force of demographics is ignoring that fewer asians go to jail...because there are fewer asians.
Do you mean that even a white person on a lower income, lower education level and a worse record with the police will definitely have it better than a black person of an unequal higher income, education level and a better record with the police? Unless you explain what you mean by giving examples or something I just have to guess.
The number of black celebrities, law enforcement officers, and otherwise successful black individuals who have been pulled over for driving while black and given shit over the number of white people - whatever their record - would be a good example.
