The (very obvious) point is that it seems very hypocritical. You'd think there would be qualified POC interested in making a good buck while fighting for their own rights. Is SPLC really a bunch of racists using racism to pull in contributions?

Seems to me if they cared about minorities they'd hire minorities for the top positions and put themselves out of jobs. Unless you think there aren't enough minorities who are both qualified, and value the SPLC's work.
