depends on what you regard as proof and whats your defintion of a soul....your made of dead matter....but somehow you can think and act on 'your own' accord....
you no diffrent to the rocks on a mountain, but you can do things they cant. if you to remove this soul...then you would be dead matter again, which is what will happen WHEN you die.
After billions of years of evolving, couldnt you evolve to live forever? or at least longer, reducing the urge for reproduction and passing on your genes.
Isnt the fact that you can think proof enough of a soul?
a souls isnt a illuminated version of you which is see through and can pass through walls....!!! your soul is what keeps you alive.....when you die, you will no longer have your soul.
