The only safe space a person is denying someone by being open about what they like, is the one between their legs.
That really sounds like an okay thing to do to a whole group of people to you? Really? No blacks? No Asians? No bisexuals? Because of some percived stereotypes, you'll just blot out entire groups of people with out getting know someone as an individual human being? And to be so blatantly rude and prejudice doesn't strike you as problematic? Understand me, I'm not saying you don't have a right to aesthetic preferences. I like red hair. But I don't exclude blondes from my dating pool.
Wait what!?
Of course it's ok O_O
Are gay men sexist for saying "men only" on their profile!?
If you add in a racist remark (like the one in Yueaxie's image) that's different.
Are you really saying it's racist if someone excludes an entire race from their dating pool?
It's not because of a preconceived stereotype. Maybe it's just because they're not attracted to <insert generic race here> people.
I am cursed with being attracted to everyone but if I wasn't attracted to a specific race I would be open about it. Furries, if I had a dating profile it would say "furries need not apply".
Being friends is different from dating, getting to know someone is irrelevant if you're not attracted to them.
