Interesting, thank you. I've always viewed the British as less concerned with religion than us Americans. I wish the US were more secular. It gets tiresome listening to people bang on about religion all the time. AF is a great place to come to and get away from all that.

Yes, everywhere I've lived so far at least, religion has been irrelevant. No one has ever even asked me about atheism or religion. They've either assumed I'm an atheist, or they don't care either way. I'm sorry you have to put up with all the trying-too-hard theists mouthing off all the time. Hopefully it will become just as irrelevant in the near future. It appears to be getting there, with each new generation being less impressed with it.
