LOL... That's nonsense. There's no such thing as luck, just as there is no such thing as god. If a rational person sincerely wishes you "best of luck" - they mean that they hope the outcome of whatever it is you're attempting will be favorable to you. It's an expression of support, NOT a magic spell...

Again - "best of luck" is an expression of moral support. It's not supposed to actually do anything, other than let you know someone would like to see you succeed. "God bless you" - if sincerely meant - is just an attempt to score points with your non-existent sky-daddy and push your religion in someone else's face. It's fine if you know they share your faith, I suppose - but it's still stupid as f*ck.
