Well that's another thing.... I cut out all processed foods from the house two months ago. If we want it, it has to be made from scratch. Doing that has been a lot easier on my IBS and I've only had one major flair up since the end of June.
There is a huge space in my freezer waiting for me to make more homemade pasta sauce. We have already gone through the 18 pounds I made three weeks ago.
