In just -this- thread, you've expressed a belief that poor diet is the root cause of depression..which no amount of self help, drugs, or therapy can fix....and that you can fly, ffs.

Label it what ever you like. It was personal experience, not something I read or heard.

Nice misrepresentation. I posted that change of diet and gut biome can help depression where drugs cannot because they do not replace gut bacteria. I even linked an article from medical doctors that specifically say antibiotics that kill gut bacteria indiscriminately can have an adverse affect on mood and well being.

What ever you want to stick in yourself man, you have to live with it. I'm sure you can live a healthy and satisfying life on Doritos seeing as diet has absolutely nothing to do with your sense of well being.

Not at all! =)

Professional arborist for 16 years specializing in climbing, rigging and trimming. My job is life and death physics with little to no room for error, for several sustained hours most days of the week. I co-own the business with my wife and I run a 3-5 person crew. If I'm not playing human wrecking ball in the trees, I'm stuffing a chipper that will eat a 10 inch log just as soon as it would eat me.

Tree work switches place with commercial fishing from time to time as the job most likely to kill you based on fatalities per year.

I do some rock and wood carving on the side for fun.
