Usually in order to get a fossil the body needs to be covered rapidly to prevent scavengers getting at it.  Hard to see how that could happen on a forest floor.

Going by the hypothesis, there had to be a reason for falling out a tree. What if there was a torrential flood covering her immediately in leaves and mud. Usually mud is an ideal container to preserve fossils.

It's just an abstract of the paper.  Perhaps they address that in depth but I'm not going to register just to find out.  In a few days someone will discuss it, somewhere.
