I don;t care much about magic, which is why I've been addressing it as a reality and asking about it's effects on what -is- testable, and what has been proposed by Huggy. If someone's confident in their hybridization and extinction hypothesis they ought to be able to answer a few properly basic questions from the field they chose to invoke, there would be some evidence. It was his choice to leave the realm of magic in the first place, and talk about sex, heritable traits, and ancestry. It deserves mention that an obvious reading of the text in question leaves us with curses and magic..sure....but Huggy's reimagining -doesn't-. It's tangible, and testable. Now, that may have been a regretable oversight on his part, but what's done is done.....and at some point these questions I've asked are going to require something in the way of an answer that exceeds any reference to magic or bible-bombing.*emphasis mine*
I have many, many more...but I think it;s best to wait until the one's I;ve already asked have been addressed. Wouldn't want to waste anyone's time.
except that you accept scientific explanations which are in noway testable... abiogenesis for example.
