With a face like that, and a haircut like that, Clump is definitely a fascist.

He's a populous politician. And like everyone of them he appeals to the lowest instincst of the disenfranchised. If he actually believes what he's saying doesn't really matter. He incites people to hate other groups of people and other individuals. Because, again, like any other populous politician he's got nothing of value to present. No recipe for the economy, no foreign plans, only exclusivness.
