I just was curious as to why you thought Hedger's joker was worse than Nicholson's. You used the word "VASTLY" in your original comparison, and that's quite a strong word, so I thought you might have some good reasons for disliking him.
How do you justify a preference? I just didn't like Ledger's joker, too dark, I liked Nicholson's coz he was far more insane (lunatic) to my mind ... but then, as I said, I prefer Burton's vision far more anyway including Keaton's "almost as bad as the bad guys" Batman. Nolan's Batman films are quite competent, they just don't particularly interest me ... it's a bit like Superman, I still prefer Reeves (even though Hackman was awesome, I admit I really do like the new Lex Luthor).
