Blame is tangent to the sphere of relative information and completely outside the point of safely navigating the situation both prior and during a potential rape.
"It's the rapist's fault!" The actions required to reduce the risk of being raped are the same.
"It's the victims fault!" The actions required to reduce the risk of being raped are the same.
"It's society's fault!" The actions required to reduce the risk of being raped are the same.
Victimhood mind says "the rapist is to blame for raping!"
Nobutada samurai mind says "I will be prepared because they exist and the rapist will be severely injured and or dead for raping."
