Humility why do you mock me so?

To me you're only furthering my point. I don't believe any of that actually happened but it's a nice story to push humility as a virtue. Guilt people into feeling lessor so they'll think they need you to give them value. It's tricky.

The call to humility in the context of Christianity has one aspect you should not forget. You are humble only before God, everybody else is equal. However because you are humble before God you respect the people who you believe are doing Gods call. When you take God out of the picture all you have is the everybody is equal story.

That's how you see it. It's not the way I was raised. Like I've stated, I can really only speak from my own experiences.
