Maybe some artists, such as Mozart, who, according to his letters also seems to have been a pretty cool guy. And let's not forget that he composed such immortal works as "kiss my ass, quickly, quickly".
Partial sympathy for some aspects of hstorical figures. Such as Napoleon, who, apart from his wars, also commissioned a civil law codex that has been so modern that it's still in use in many countries. Or at least has been built on. He also did away with the guilds, who prevented craftsmen from opening their own business unless they were members.
The ones fighting fascism in the 30ies and 40ies. Too many to mention but too few to make a difference.
