Relaxers. They straighten ethnic hair and are a pain because if you don't completely cover the scalp with base cream, you can give your client a chemical burn. When the client has extremely coily hair, it can be damn near impossible to even reach the scalp.
Pedicures come a close second. I'm not overly fond of touching people's feet.
