Thoughts On Atheism and Faith

The lack of evidence combine with our own evolution created the system to bind the less intelligent to wills of others. Why? I've only been able to come up with one theory; people are scared of the unknown. They would rather be brainwashed and live in a bubble were their manipulated out of money and go to war the sake of others problems. I can't disprove something that lacks any measurable material, let people think as they like I don't really care. I've been fighting with these people since I was teenager, and I'm tired of it. Most every time I give me views I get ridiculed and insulted when I did nothing to offend them, but state an alternate point of view. So, why should I waste my energy with fighting the stupid?
