A car repair place I formerly employed never (in 3 repairs) did the repair correctly the first time. First 2 times took twice each, third repair took 4.
I was REALLY expecting a gesture of some kind, like a free oil change (done right the first time, I hasten to add) but other than the scheduling lady behind the counter saying she was sorry, I GOT NOTHING. The boss was in the building, a 'sorry' for him wouldn't have done it, but that wasn't offered.
I really wanted the place to work out, they were the best on accommodating my schedule, but they just couldn't do the work.
