What the fuck is wrong with those people?  I'm surprised the condemned aren't strapped to rockets and blown up in low orbit or forced to run a gantlet of oncoming trains.

A simple collar with two nubs that block the carotid arteries is cheap, effective, humane and mess-less.  Person passes out and never wakes up.  Simple dimple.

Nope, not an option. Isn't that just a hanging with no drop to snap the neck? Filled with the struggle/fight to get the device off? Yeah, that should go over well. Plus, they might have a pleasurable NDE while on the way to a DE. 

Lethal injection should be eliminated as an option. The attempt to make the execution process all warm and fuzzy is not working.

Nope, you can do the same thing with two fingers, you will pass out.....don't do it. It doesn't break the neck by dropping the bodies weight from the head nor does it restrict breathing. They just go quietly into the night. But it sounds like you don't want them to go quietly.
