Driving and White Cane Law

Actually, I had never heard of White Cane laws until you mentioned it BQ.

In general I try to avoid running down people in crosswalks whether they have a cane or not.

And that's the scary part as a blindie. That most motorists have no idea about white cane law. 7% of the US population is blind and/or visually impaired. That's higher than Native and Asian populations put together 5-6%.
