Ooh...nice warm air.
I keep my blow-dryer by the bed when the cold, winter weather hits. I turn it on when it's nippy, and run it under the covers for a few minutes or so. Get's it nice and hot in bed (much hotter than an electric blanket), and it stays very warm for quite a while, if you wrap up yourself tight. The white noise is a very soothing, too. Makes me fall asleep like a baby.
It may be cold enough to start.
