Bad idea, you have some backwards states that would drive abortions underground and the country would end up with preventable deaths. look at the history of abortions to see why.

The plite of the innercities has not gotten better but worse in the past 8 years fergason, chicago, detroit ect.. The only intrest the dems have in black people is when it comes time to vote, then they are forgotten.

What is needed is massive increases in the tax of the wealthy. There is plenty of money out there, it is just all in the hands of the super rich. QWe need to have access for a fairer society.

That even if you took all the rich had it would not be enough to sustain the the government outside of 6 months, then what? We need a renewable sustainable tax base to fund the federal government. We are currently taking 1/2 of what the rich make (if they are so stupid to keep their money in this country/Most of them invest or put their nest egg in foreign banks) That is what trump is talking about "repatriating trillions" tax free back to this country.

 You have fallen for the propaganda of the wealthy who have managed to convince a relatively poor person that it is their interests to keep the rich rich. It is a lie.

Can you imagine what a trillion dollar shot to the arm would do for this country? When the millionares bring back the money they have 'hidden away' from you tax and spend morons. It isn't just going to sit static in banks. Even if it is placed in banks then the banks based on that money will begin to issue new loans for projects, business, homes infrastructure/roads power companies ect.. This alone could take us out of the obama depression. because all of that money means more and better paying jobs. each one = tax payer.

Vermont's biggest business is ben and jerry's literally and a handful of local companies there after, and like the 3rd or 4th biggest employer??? the federal government. What does that mean? vermont spends more tax dollars than it could possibly collect from "rich people."
