So here's how it will go down, probably:

1) Clinton wins the election.
2) Democrats regain control of the Senate.
3) FBI recommends charges.
4) DoJ charges Clinton.
5) House of Representatives impeaches Clinton.
6) Democratic Senate votes to acquit Clinton.

I can just see the conclusion of the trial at 's Gravenhage now. "Mrs. President, for your rissoto recipe we have deemed that you have committed a crime againat humanity, and we sentence you to a lifetime of appearing on Hell's Kitchen."

Edit: yeah you have to wonder why a Republitard functionary would release material in a way detrimental to an ongoing investigation when the Democrats are pounding the Republitards in national elections? It's a right head scratcher.
