I've backed it up with facts plenty of times Tib. The use of drones to carry out executions, the armament of Saudi Arabia and terror groups in the Middle East, the air bombings of Libya, Yemen, and Pakistan. Just to name a few of the war crimes. I'm not appealing to authority, I drew my conclusions independently of Chomsky's analysis.
Continuing to operate Guantanamo Bay is a war crime: people are illegally detained, and were tortured, killed, and denied their Geneva convention rights.
Drone assassinations are a war crime: they disregard international human rights laws and laws regarding armed conflict. Air strikes very likely contravene these laws as well. Again, that's not just my opinion, there are reports written that detail exactly why these are war crimes. For example the targeted drone killing of unarmed persons is a war crime.
" Admittedly the drone attacks had their utility, but they represented a breach of national sovereignty. They were 'legal according to American law but illegal according to international law.'"
- Lt. Gen. Ahmad Shuja Pasha, in the leaked Abbottabad Report (paragraph 477) as cited in the above linked Amnesty Int report.
There that's hard evidence, and not opinion, and there only needs to be one war crime to justify labelling Obama and Clinton war criminals.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK
"That's disgusting. There were clean athletes out there that have had their whole careers ruined by people like Lance Armstrong who just bended thoughts to fit their circumstances. He didn't look up cheating because he wanted to stop, he wanted to justify what he was doing and to keep that continuing on." - Nicole Cooke
