I don't trust online voting, electronic voting machines, and to a lesser extent electronic vote counting machines.
All can be hacked, or manipulated to change the vote result.
Paper ballots, marked with a pen, and counted by hand are the best way to vote.
Massachusetts has online registration but not online voting. My wife had to mark a ballot with a pencil, which is presumably counted by a machine.
