Hello, everyone. My name is Jacob, and I have recently left my religion. However, I am still wishing to somewhat hold on to it and am very open-minded when it comes to religion. I don't pretend to know all of the answers. Nevertheless, I have been skeptical about religion for quite a while and finally decided to break away from it. I do have a question, however.
I realize this isn't a therapy forum. Nevertheless, for quite a log time, I have had symptoms of OCD, and that may be a factor of this, but ever since maybe a day or two ago, I've been questioning morals, and I know they're obviously highly important, but I'm rambling. It's like I' subconsciously telling myself, "Well, what if we don't need them?" I had then started question specific ethics, such as murder, etc. and I try to calm myself down but that doesn't really work out.
Anyways, I'm glad to be a part of a new community. Thanks in advance.
