Makes no difference - I just instinctively find this kind of behavior off-putting. And if an adult woman is being herself, while adopting child-like mannerisms and speech-patterns - something is probably wrong with her head. I want a partner, not a developmentally disabled sex-toy - even if that's the "traditional" ideal of a woman.
