The bold part isn't necessarily true at all. Roleplay is very often just roleplay. I understand you feel that way though and whatever you find unattractive or off-putting you find unattractive and off-putting. There's nothing really objective to say about there being anything 'wrong with' their 'head' though... that's just how you feel about them.
