I had never been called 'daddy' by anyone other than my kids when they were young, so it came as a surprise when my wife, while we were still dating, called me that during sex. If someone had asked me prior to my meeting her if I would like that, I probably would have said no: only my children do that and it's infantile for a grown woman to say that to her SO.
But, to be honest, I found it pretty sexy. It didn't put me off at all. There weren't any alarms going off in my head. I didn't suddenly flash on some memory of my children as toddlers -- nothing like that. I wouldn't like it if she called me Daddy in any other context, and she doesn't. But in the bedroom? It's all good.
I mean, why the hell not? After all, the first time she said it to me she was encouraging me to . . . *ahem* . . . feed her.
