Seriously? What 'constitutional right' or better yet which amendment says the state can never take your land?

 A little thing we like to call "property rights".  Themselves covered by the ninth amendment.  You're welcome.

This is a distinct problem with your ilk.  You treat our constitution like you treat your bible.  Vaguely pointing in it's direction while you froth at the mouth like an asshole.....but you never seem to know whats in there.

That's why they tend to think the right to bear arms is in the bible.  You know, because they say it's a God-given right.  Even though God's son preached meekness and humility and that "turn the other cheek" thing.  But Republican Jesus says, "If a man shall smite you on the cheek, thou shalt smite him with as many rounds thou shalt fire."  - Magnum 3:57
